Our Training Process
We believe in providing a positive work environment where our business partners are encouraged to be productive and have fun. As a new marketing associate at Goat Mountain, you'll be part of a team that is passionate about learning and growing together.
Our training process is hands-on and covers every aspect of our company model. You'll start as an entry-level associate and progress through different phases of training to become a manager. Our training combines leadership development and management tips to ensure you're well-equipped to grow in your role.
Phase One
During this phase, you'll learn the basic marketing techniques, master consumer psychology, and get to know our clients. You'll focus on developing communication skills, dealing with customers face-to-face, and direct marketing. Our managers will work with you one-on-one, drawing on their experience and insights to provide feedback and direction.
Phase Two
In the second phase, you'll take on more responsibilities and become a mentor and coach to others. You'll learn how to build and manage a team and be ranked based on your capacity to be logical and solve problems. Your upward mobility in this role will provide sales results for various clients.
Phase Three
As you progress through our training program, you'll move into a position where you'll learn about the backend of our business. This includes HR, expansion, marketing, and administration. By learning all aspects of our business, you'll be able to perform better and guide others in their roles. Your main focus will be to ensure that campaigns meet or exceed our business objectives, contributing to our company's long-term success.
Phase Four
In this final position, you'll have the opportunity to open your own location and run a new market for us. As a manager, you'll handle day-to-day operations from behind the scenes, managing all aspects of the business, including expansion analysis. You'll also have the opportunity to help other upcoming individuals with the proper coaching, tools, and resources required for success.
